enclosed copy of a letter from the Captain Superintendent of
15h Teen 7. 1901. With 3 sub- mclosures.
Police recommending a revision of the rates of pay of the
crews of Police launches and pinnaces, and to inform you that
in view of the impossibility of obtaining competent men at a
lower rate of pay, I have, subject to your confirmation, approved
Sub-en- of the payments proposed in the schedule which is attached.
